Claim to be a factory vehicle warranty service. Final notice to sign up for the service is mailed every month. Vehicle is no longer owned, but post cards arrive each month. Vehicle is a General Motors product, but their warranty is NOT from GM and therefore NOT a factory warranty. Stay away from this company!

Unlnown company sent a IMPORTANT letter to home address. Stating that my vehicle warranty is about to expire because I have not contacted them to keep my service contract up to date. They have the correct make, model and year of vehicle. They also ask I call 888-413-6075 to give them my VIN and mileage information by a specific date or I will be held liable for any and all issues with car.

Multiple postage received with generic verbiage as outlined in the description that already exists. No business, no outlined affiliation, nothing more than a phone number with my name, make, and model. Requesting VIN and urgently stating that I may be liable “if” my factory warranty has expired

- Carrboro, NC, USA • Aug 19, 2024

I have received several postal letters informing me that the factory warranty for my car has expired. These letters use my real name alongside my car's accurate make, model, and VIN number. These letters are signed by various people/entities. This began occurring after I entered my vehicle information into the state of Michigan's DMV website to get a new title for my car and also obtained a new NC driver's license. In addition, around the same time, just before I began receiving these letters, I provided my information and my vehicle's information to Progressive Insurance.

We keep receiving mail like this or others with no discernable address or business name warning us that our new 2024 Toyota Sienna has service warranty ending. But we just bought the car a month ago and have Toyota Care for 3 years. This mailing has our VIN number on it.

I continue to receive postal mail including a "Registration Fee Voucher" for $199.00. The year, make and model of my vehicle is listed in a letter as a FINAL NOTICE that my vehicle coverage may be expiring or already has. I ignore them but they just keep coming in the mail.

- Bedford, TX, USA • Jun 23, 2024

I have mailed three times now to my brand new address that I just moved to about my vehicle “factory warranty” expiring soon. It states confidential and time sensitive all over the envelope and letter. It states my vehicle information (year, make, model, and VIN.) It states within the letter that if I don’t activate my coverage I will be at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs after the warranty expires. It lists several vehicle parts that are “covered.” At the very bottom it says “All policies are good through [Company Name].”

This is an advertisement for a vehicle repair contract.

I recivied a letter in the mail it has a check form that says registration fee voucher on it in the amount of $199.00. Letter states I need to respond immediately. It says it is a final notice to inform me that my vehicle coverage on my 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport may be expiring or may have already expired. That their recorda indicate I have not contacted them yet to get my coverage up to date. With out vehicle protection plan in place i am at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs

an envelope that resembles a government personal property tax envelope

I called the number. The letter saying I was gonna get a $200 registration fee voucher. The agent telling me all about how good it is to have a coverage, and a $350 down-payment plus $250 a month, I told him "I'll let my husband call you back and he'll decide what he wants to do", he said "no, you can't talk to anyone, you have to pay a down-payment which is "refundable", because we spoke prices and now you have to pay because its the law, because I'm in charge of your warranty coverage and can revoke it right now, so you pay now or I'm revoking your warranty. So I thought it's sounds almost illegal to not to talk to anyone before paying. I honestly had no idea what he wants exactly and what's his deal calling me a jerk after I said I won't pay. And im 34. Imagine, there are lots of elderly widows, woman who wouldn't have anyone to ask about it, Imagine all them being scammed out of $500 if not more.

Received a letter in the mail of a “Final Notice,” the the vehicle coverage may be expiring or may have already expired. The letter continues to state that I am at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs. They aggressively push for you to contact them before it’s too late. They also state no inspection will be required. They state that they reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage.

There is no real business name identified on the letter. The letter came with a generic “Registration Fee Voucher” of $199 with no business information on the voucher. This vehicle was purchased 3 weeks ago and is financed through a bank. The vehicle is still under manufacture warranty as it has very low mileage and is just a few years old.

- Decatur, GA, USA

Sent a letter saying I need to contact them as my vehicle coverage was expired. There was no indication on the company or location only the threat and number to call.

- Clayton, NC, USA

The letter was vaguely threatening about "final notice" "respond before date expired" " we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility" I found from the phone number it was from Vehicle Service Division/ I had received numerous such threatening notices several times a year and complained every time with no results. Somebody should finally sue the outfit for harassment

- Gary, IN, USA

Received two notices in the mail on the same day, dated differently. They both had my current vehicle listed as not having my “coverage activated” and “expiring soon or is already expired.” They sent a “check” for $199.00 with no signature and titled it “Registration Fee Voucher.” They’re very aggressive and the only way to contact them is by phone number. It says, “Please call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU: 1-888-413-6075” and lists a record ID on one and coverage ID on the other - which are not consistent with one another and has two different phone numbers as well (the other is 1-888-582-6870). Multiple times they say I’ll “be at risk for being financially liable for any and all repairs” without a protection plan in place and after my coverage expires. Also, it states to call to verify the above information, referring to the record ID and my personal information.

- Phoenix, AZ, USA

unsolicited letter with misleading "final notice" to extend "vehicle coverage" on my car. Say to call their phone number (only identifier)
