We googled a local towing company and this 800 number popped up. We called and scheduled a tow and prepaid. They sent us a text after we paid and were told they were on their way stating that the fee was 50-100% non refundable. After waiting over 30 minutes we called back and they told us it was going to be 3-4 hours and that we could leave our car where it is and just leave the keys inside. After calling them multiple times and being hung up on, I told them we are going to contact the authorities if we don’t receive 100% of our money back. She said that we should receive our refund in 3-5 days. I am calling the bank in the morning to stop payment since it is still pending.
