I have several times over the past two years received letters from this outfit -- identified only by their phone number. I attach a scan of this week's letter.

Appeared to be a final notice related to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc., which doesn't even hold a mortgage on our home at this time. They even show a customer ID number, which I shouldn't have.
