I received a phone call from a number with my area code. I answered and was sold an extended warranty over the phone from 888-404-1458 for $166.00/ month. I gave out my routing and account info. Minutes after the phone call was done I had a bad feeling and called the “customer service number” to try and cancel. The “agent” on the phone tried to talk me out of canceling and once he realized I truly wanted to cancel he told me I had to mail a written letter to an address in California in order to cancel. Repeatedly called to try and cancel with no real responses.
