The caller stated that a complaint was filed in their office and documents regarding my file are being prepared to be sent out and I will need to be available for delivery. Threatened to deliver to my place of employment if I was not able to sign at home and left the phone number 888-380-4241. I told them to serve me at my place of employment if they have that address and hung up so they called back and left a message with the same information this time stating the message was being logged as prof of notification.
