The company that uses this number as its billing support number uses various other phone numbers that they somehow manage to have Google produce as a top result when searching for a specific hotel. When you call, they pretend to be the reservations department for that hotel or hotel chain. They essentially give you a price over the phone that is significantly higher than online prices, and then will make the reservation for you using Expedia (at least in my case). I only found this out when my hotel receipt said it was made using Expedia and the charges were about half of what I was charged. Even the charge on my statement appeared to be from the hotel I stayed in, but it was slightly different than the true name charges appear under from the actual hotel.

Online thought I was dealing directly with the Dreams Resort Los Cabos - and the hotel does NOT have a reservation.
