They sent a text message today exactly like the one I read on the ScamPulse.com website. I didn't attempt to call the number back. I immediately searched for the number which brought me to the BBB website as a scam. See text pic attached.

My name is Samantha and I'm calling from the processor's office regarding file case number 2026 dash #####. I am contacting you to discuss a matter that has been forwarded to my office for consideration of legal action, including the filing of a lawsuit and complaint with the court, to discuss the spending actions that they may be filed against you. You will need to immediately contact the firm directly handing your file. That office number is 888-247-5906. This is a time and sensitive matter for you. If they do not receive a response, they may be forced to proceed without your participation. Again, that number to contact is 888247. 5906.
