They sent a text message today exactly like the one I read on the ScamPulse.com website. I didn't attempt to call the number back. I immediately searched for the number which brought me to the BBB website as a scam. See text pic attached.

I am contacting you to discuss a matter that has been forwarded to my office for consideration of legal action, including the filing of a lawsuit and complaint with the court, to discuss the spending actions that they may be filed against you.
