Received letter supposedly from the Department of Treasury: Department of Health and Human Services. Further in the letter they stated the company was Continental Service Group LLC (debt collector). The consumers were told they owed $5100.00 total to various doctors and health institutions for costs incurred between April & May 2022. After contacting some of people/agencies noted in the debt owed section of the letter, they found out that no debt was owed and no debt had been sent to collections.
