Report

A notice came in a mail. Big Red letters that read: Final Notice, Response To This Notice Required. The letter goes on to say that there are 2 active service advisories in my area (what the hell does that mean??). Followed by: needing to contact its office upon receiving this notice to avoid any unnecessary delays in my coverage. I am required to immediately call this office to activate my home's warranty (what are they trying to sell me, or scam me??).

There were no email or website listed in this letter; the instruction demanded readers to contact the office via the telephone number (1-877-913-1764). Signed, Robert L. Kensington, Program Director.

The envelope has a "paid" postage marking, Santa Ana, CA, Permit #1333.
