I had called CDPHP to check on health insurance. They directed me to call NY state of Health. I look up NY State of Health on my cell phone which was 8553555777 when i dialed the number reverted to 8777325162. The person that picked up said their name was Jimmy. I asked Jimmy if he was with NY State of health and he said "YES". He told me that the premium payment that I made on 8/1/26 was kicked back because of missing information on my application. He then asked health questions and for a credit card payment. After payment was complete he said i was all set and would be receiving a confirmation email. Upon checking the email I discovered it was from "My plan assistance .com" not NY State of Health. and was unable to log onto any web site with the user name and password provided.
