I received a phone call this morning from someone saying that they were trying to reach my son and that he needed to be served legal papers. He was very pushy and threatening, saying things like, 'Ma’am, wouldn’t you rather just get this information down and keep your son from having to go to court.' He gave me a phone number and said it was called a legal firm; that phone number was 877-668-4964. And he gave me a case #197345. He knew my son’s last 4 of his social and his address. And somehow my cellphone number.
