I received a call from a number 310-448-2629 saying I was going to be served within the hour with legal documents and needed to sign. Then she gave another number to call and a case number. Case phone number is 877-643-3795. I called and the person I spoke to said I opened a credit card Capital One in 2013 and stopped paying in 2015, and she also said how do I want to take care of the matter before I go to court and to hire a good attorney because I was going to need one.
