This company called my children looking for my spouse as well as calling my spouse 7-8 times. When I called the company, not only did this company have my spouse’s information, but wanted me to confirm my personal information including a social security number. The company wanted my spouse to verify our address and when we would be home so legal documents could be delivered. They told my spouse that they were being sued for a property complaint. The first time I called, the person became belligerent and hung up after I would not verify my personal information. When I called back, someone else answered and said we were both being sued for a loan my spouse took out in 2016 with Bottom Dollar Consumer Credit. My spouse did not take out a loan.

I cannot locate the legal office or creditor anywhere. The legal company supposedly has headquarters in LA.

Called to say she was being investigated for property and it was a final notice. Said to call 877-643-3607 and give case number 26-031508. Said this was final notice and action will be taken against you without further notice.

The caller stated in voicemail message, "Laura James, this call is regarding case #26-046714. This is Samantha Davis w/ the Process Server Division. I'm calling to notify you that 2 attempts are going to be made to serve you a notice of action pertaining to legal documents pertaining to your property complaint. For further details on the case or to change the active service status, please call the conducting legal office at 1-877-643-3607. Failure to contact them immediately will result in further action against you without your knowledge or consent. You have been notified."

Received phone call. They left a message. 13074151917 Deposited a new message: "This message is intended for cxxxxxxx regarding reference case number 26-xxxxx. My name is Chris from Civil Process Dispatch. I'm calling to verify if you'll be available to accept and sign for the legal documents related to a legal matter you've been named in. Please contact the conducting legal office with your statement at 877-643-3607. Failure to contact them immediately may result in further legal actions being taken without your knowledge or consent. You have been notified."
