"Hello, this is a call regarding your personal financial matter related to your recent loan inquiry. Good afternoon. This is Erica Smith. With the underwriting team, I'm calling regarding your loan file. After reviewing it again today, it's still showing open with an approval opportunity for about $31,000. We're basically at the final step, just need a quick verification on your end to lock this in. Please give me a quick call back when you can before the file reaches its deadline. 877-578-3842 again, my callback number is 877-578-3842. Everything looks good so far. I'd just like to wrap this up before the file closes out."
