I received a letter that references to "sec. code 33.1 & 35.2c" in this context are associated with a home warranty, presented as a "Final Notice" letter. I called the number and they proceeded to tell me my Home Warranty had expired and that if I did not pay the $400+ dollars that my home would be flagged and would not be insured by a homeowners policy. It was bad, they would not hang up and if I hang up they would flag my property... My daughter then called back and spoke with who they said was Andy Perkins and he then threatened that I needed to pay. This is horrible if there are recordings they need to listen to.
