I received a voicemail stating it was the county of San Diego, and they need my place of employment or personal address to serve me papers, and said I need to call 877-402-5671 to speak to a mediator regarding my case. I looked and called the county regarding the case number they left me and it was a scam, that the county never filed any paperwork.
