I have been receiving magazines for most of this year (2024) that I have not subscribed to; my guess is that some magazine I originally subscribed to must no longer be available, and that its distributor is sending me a magazine entitled “Travel + Leisure” in its place until my subscription ends. On the protective clear wrapper with postage label covering the magazine was a phone number seemingly listed as the customer service (of, as mentioned by myself earlier, an organization calling it self what sounded like “dee-berks.”). I called this phone number wishing to see if they had a different magazine that would be more to my interest that they could send instead of “Travel + Leisure” until my subscription ends. When I called the phone number, a re “Thank you for calling (“dee-berks.”). This call is being recorded for quality assurance purposes. We will take your call in a few minutes. Ple[censored]d.” Then it clicked over (to I guess their holding queue) and rang…and rang…and rang, never answering, as I held for several minutes. It never transitioned to the more typical kind of holding queue that plays either recorded music and/or a voice recording saying “please continue to hold, etc.”. I don’t seem to be losing any money or anything, which is great, but I just can’t help but wonder if this is even a legitimate phone number, so I wanted to report it so ScamPulse.com can check into it to see if it is legit. Thank you.

Magazines I did NOT order started showing up. I called the customer service number on the mail label. It just rings and rings.

I received these magazines today, and lived at this address since I was born and I'm 28, the names that are on the magazines that we received are John Wesley. The number on the magazine shows 877-345-9503. We live in Shepherdsville Ky we. We have received letters with different people's names concerning medicare.

I started receiving monthly magazines with different people I never heard ofs names on them but with my address. Have lived here 28 years, the last almost decade alone. Just received a different 4th or 5th magazine and this one unlike others had a "customer service" phone number on label attached to shrink-wrapped magazine. Again an unknown addressee at my address. I called. Phone just rings. Searched phone # on Google and most comments experience same issues and some are sent bills.
