Asked to contact their customer authentication department at 866.268.7231

The first letter was

Us bank emblem top left corner - creditor U.S. Bank National Association Reference number 20222260235622

The second letter was

Cardmember Service in top left corner - Creditor Elan Financial Services Ref # 20222319101246
