Call from UPMC with details about account information for children by name with bills and dates of service. American voice caller, did not seem AI or suspicious at all (because UPMC has called to collect in the past). Was unable to explain if this bill was a duplicate of previously paid bills.

Gave low-risk personally identifiable information. This is being conducted with the help of domestic Americans or is a technologically sophisticated scam.

After becoming suspicious due to the lack of traceability of previous payments, I called UPMC and received confirmation this number was not associated with UPMC.
