Sent a letter that appeared to be from my mortgage lender (no Morgan Chase bank) threatening a final notice of a home warranty. Letter asks to call phone number 866-793-4888 to verify my personal information. No business name or address listed, fine print at the bottom states they’re not affiliated with my mortgage lender. Believed to be a scare tactic phishing scam to illicit money or personal information.
