Person called and identified that I had an outstanding balance with old bank that I had closed over 20 years ago. They even had a reference number to a case file claiming it was a legal debt collection. They had only the last 4 of my social and were attempting to get me to verify my full social and mailing address. As I started to ask questions the person told me I was rude and hung up on me. Do not answer calls from random numbers, if the call is legit they will leave a valid voicemail. Stay vigilant people.
