I ordered maternity clothing from this site. I ordered the wrong size by accident and immediately reached out to the company, so that the order could be fixed before processed and shipped. The website explicitly states that I could do this within a 3 day window, so I reached out all 3 days. No one answered. I also attempted to reach out on social media, and still received no response. Their website also says that exchanges are easy within 5 days of receiving said order, but no one is answering within these time frames. I want my money back and it is impossible to contact this company. I have not received my order yet but the money was taken from my credit card. This business is not operating as described on its website.
