They contacted me stating I had outstanding amounts and they have exhausted all resources to try to reach you in regards to a collection matter in our office. There were several attempts by the creditor for you to respond and handle the situation. This has been our attempt to get your attention on this account before it is deemed a delivered attempt to evade the issue. Contact Meghan Smith if you wish to gather more information to handle this account. 866-673-9570. I called and they said Legal. The gentleman was extremely rude and wouldn’t provide me with proof of this charge. Said it would go to process server. I hung up because he was so rude and he called me back saying there would be an additional fine. And I admitted it was me on a recorded line. I advised I did no such thing and he hung up on me.
