I was calling a jet blue phone number i found on yelp for help with a baggage issue. When they answered the phone i verified with them that i was speaking to a JetBlue emplyee to which they confirmed i was. After i told them my issue, they told me they’re a 3rd party and they couldn’t help me, then they hung the phone up on me. I called back and demanded to know who i was speaking with, they said they were a travel agency. They refused to give me the name of the agency. The men had very thick accents, the whole experience was very suspicious. 866-514-0176 was the number.
