found while on my bank account that a fake drafted check #********* was done by Reach Lifestyle on 3/13/26 for $98.72- ph# on check is 866-462-0664 and Invoice# listed is ************. I attempted to call the number and someone picked up that I could hardly understand. Did not reference any company name- I then asked and they said it was for many companies and she said about 6 different names. none related to each other , could be for medical visits, or warranties, car insurance, etc. None that I had requested info on.
