I received voicemails claiming I was non compliant without detail. I then received a voicemail saying it was a final notice then the next day received a text message saying that I was not able to be served papers even though that day I was home all day. They also referenced my address as well as tried to contact family members of mine. I called the 866 number back to get information. I was told they do not perform outbound backs l calls but do outsource other companies to do that for them. They asked for the reference number provided in the voicemail, before I read that off to them I advised them I was with my lawyer and the woman in the phone immediately disconnected the call after saying she can't talk to me with a lawyer present.
