I didn't answer since I didn't know the number, but got a voicemail from a man with an accent and a poor quality audio saying, "This is the prior authorization department, please give us a call back concerning your request at 866-210-8338. We are open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 9 PM Pacific time or Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM Pacific time. For [indiscernible] please call us 800-498-5428, thank you."

I very recently had two different prescriptions sent through prior authorization, one approved, one denied, so I was absolutely planning on calling back on this until I realized it was a little weird that the company was never specified. Thankfully, I looked up the number online and found multiple reports of this being a scam.
