The call comes in with a spoofed number. One time it came as my wife's number. They state that my business is either not on the 5 major search engines or its not on the 5 major voice search platforms. They ask if they are speaking to the owner. I give the same response that they are not available. Then they ask again if the owner is available. Same response given. I get these calls 4 - 6 times a day.
