I’ve received text messages over the last few weeks from (855) 431-6577. This was the 3rd, so I decided to call the number. Scans don’t usually call you out by name. So, I was curious to its legitimacy. A man with an Indian accent answered. I asked to speak to Joshua White. The person whom text’d me. Mr. White was unavailable. I asked again. He’s out of the office. I said, I’d only speak with him since he sent the text. They said “Have a nice day” and hung up the phone. Look it up and saw that it’s a scam. And, that Joshua White was the name often used. Scary part was that they had the last four digits of my Social Security Number.
