Caller claimed legal action over property and asked to call another number

A female called me from 855-836-2676 and told me to call 844-748-5847 and gave me reference # 26-00-1124. She told me I had to find out about legal action concerning the property land I bought recently. She had the address my address and she had the last 4 numbers of my social security number. I didn't give her any of my information. She said to call that number first and that she had to serve me legal papers for court. I didn't call the number. Instead I looked up Milestone Legal and called the number listed online. They said they had no knowledge of a case. I called the court house for my property location and they said they didn't have any information for me no complaints and it was concluded that it was a scam. A woman at the courthouse said she received a similar call in the past where someone was being scammed. Quachita County AR is the county the scammer was targeting property owners from. It says on Google that it's a phishing scam.
