Originally contacted me through a friend's phone number. I contacted them many times on a recorded line (my end) and all the information they would give me was that I had a loan through a loan shark called VIP Loans in the amount of $300. I have never taken out a loan. I asked for a certified letter. They stated they sent one. I did NOT receive a certified letter. When asking for more information they would get frustrated and they would hang up on me. Be cautious in dealing with these people.
