Report

Someone continues to call numerous times from numerous numbers stating that they were retained by an appraisal company to come out to my house or my job to appraise the value of my car. Initially they said they were from an appraisal service, now they are claiming to be from Allstate Insurance. Initially they were calling about a car I no longer own, now they are claiming to have been hired to appraise my replacement car. My car is financed through a separate company and is insured by Progressive, not Allstate. They claim that I should make my vehicle available to them to "appraise" should they show up. They call from a variety of local numbers, today the call came from 816-357-4963, yesterday from 816-293-9798, all callback numbers go back to 855-549-3218 and 855-549-4116. When googling the number, it comes up as fake and a scam
