I received a call from 702-779-1852 identifying herself as Serena calling regarding delivery of label documents. She then gave me the number to call for more information on my case. She provided a case number of 26-028…. I called the number she provided which is 855-512-1810. This person identified himself as an attorney. They had my name ss# and address. They said that they were contacting me for a credit union loan in the amount of $8,100.00 which I received 20017. He proceeded to say that if I didn’t respond, they were filling a judgment against my property and they had the property address. I recently updated information on my credit report with all 3 bureaus, and updated my telephone number. This is how I think they received my information. because this is a new number and it’s not in my name.
