I would like to report a scam involving someone falsely claiming to provide Norton support. The scammer used the phone number 855-490-9708 and a webpage titled "Where is my Norton subscription? Expert Information Guide" to appear legitimate. I contacted them for help regarding my Norton subscription, but they convinced me to purchase Amazon gift cards as payment for their so-called support services. After providing the gift card details, they stopped responding, and I realized I had been scammed. I request that this phone number and fraudulent webpage be investigated to help prevent others from becoming victims.
