Personal phone number was given to LA Fitness for a three day pass. This was immediately followed by daily spam/scam calls that leave automated voice messages. The recorded message:

"Underwriter here I mailed you a preapproval letter last week and wanted to make sure you received it. Also making sure we don't pass the deadline. There is designated budget funding with more lenient guidelines making it easier to get approved. Your payment with be $458 for a twenty thousand dollar loan. Call me at 855-357-1996. Let's work this out for you. Again 855-357-1996."

Calls are one to three times daily. Returning a call will connect to a presumably real person who continues to offer this loan. Person will state they are removing you from the call list if you ask them to, but calls will continue.
