Report

Caller stated there was a claim and asked for claim number. Provided claim number left in VM. VM stated that all correspondence has been ignored and they have verified my commercial and residential location. The woman I spoke with knew the county I live in and wanted me to verify the last 4 of my social and when I did not want to give it to her she stated I would be giving up my right to talk about the claim. She also wanted my address which I did not provide.
