I received a voicemail: "This is a courtesy call from United Healthcare. We have an important message." I called 844-316-8434. The person who answered (female) said she could help me with my prescription. Since I have a prescription pending that requires UHC approval, I gave the caller my DOB. The caller spoke very poor English, but she knew my prescription and pharmacy. She put me on hold while she called the pharmacy, then told me my Rx was ready to be picked up. I picked up a different Rx later that day and asked about the UHC call. The pharmacy never received that call.
