A person called up with an AI-generated voice that changes during the message about legal action taken and this is their final attempt to contact you. They then give an 833-987-0997 number to call which does not ring. They are using a phished number of 617-221-5191 based in Quincy, Mass., and belonging to Bandwidth Communications as the service provider. When you call the 617 number, they answer each time with either Legal Services or something to that same effect, once even getting Complaint Department. When you question who they are, they hang up on you or attempt to search the number calling them. Three calls to this 617 number resulted in hang-ups when questioned who exactly they are.
