I got a letter that detailed my car info and to call them urgently to discuss the warranty. The rep had a nasty attitude and asked for my car VIN, mileage, and said I will have extended warranty for the next 72 months but I have to pay an activation fee of $195 followed by paying monthly $200 per month. I told them I would have to take to my spouse and they were urgent, I then said I decline and then they hung up on me.
