My name's Sandy Frank. I'm an independent courier. I've been scheduled to deliver you certified documents that are attached to both your name and your social security number. I will be making several attempts to reach you at your home tomorrow between 3 and 5 PM and if I cannot get a signature from you at that time and location, then I do have to deliver these to you at your place of employment and this is where I will need to have your supervisor sign as witness. I cannot reach you at either of these locations. This will be marked as a refusal to sign on your behalf, and your proceedings will also continue forward without you. Should you have any questions or concerns or if there is a conflict with scheduling, please make sure that you do reach out with the company. Prior to my arrival and their direct number is 833 606-7759 and refer to your case number and that's going to be 217-214 scary unless I receive a staff order. I will be out to see you tomorrow, plan accordingly.
