I Purchased item from them on 11/23/23 and they gave me a 818 tracking number and I checked it daily because it was close for my child and it said it was delivered on 12/24/23 at 17:26 and that was at 9:00am on 12/24/23 no package was delivered. It was $37.00 but still.

I ordered on 8/19/23 and was told on 9/18/23 the order was delivered. When I told them it wasn't delivered they told me it was signed for. I never received my package. When I asked who they ship with they said they "use their own logistics company.' Different names respond each time I email them. Always an excuse. I have asked for a refund and lety credit card company know.
