My father was called on a 3-way call from the jail here in town and was told he could get his brother out of jail by paying $900.00. He went to 3 places and finally made the payment, then the man hung up and nothing was done. He was just trying to get his brother out of jail and has never done anything like this before, so he didn't know what it was all about and was very upset about him being there to begin with.
