Paid for massage service in New Braunfels, TX. After service was paid for, a hidden medical fee was requested. After the medical fee was paid, an additional security/damages fee was requested. Both additional fees were reimbursable. When unable to pay the full security/damages fee, the massage was refused and the refund was denied, saying an additional $250 would have to be paid to get the refund. Because they couldn't send less than $1000.
