I received a letter on Sept. 1, 2026 from Eric Henderson, Program Director stating that my home warranty would be expiring on Sept. 10th and that I needed to call him to activate it. There was no company name or address on the letter or envelope - only the phone number to call: 1-805-429-3772. I do not have a home warranty. It does show their operating hours as CST. In small letters, it says, "Not all consumers have previous coverage. We are not affiliated with your current mortgage holder." It has a "temporary" ID care with my previous married name, and my current address.
