Report

The person pretended to be from Citibank Fraud Prevention Dept. He gained my trust by telling me that they have successfully prevented a fraudulent wire transfer. He also was able to read back my recent transactions on my account. He said the bank will send me fraud alerts going forward. For that change he was making to my account, he asked the security code that was sent to my phone.
