9/16/26 Company contacted my Dad indicating he was about to loose his warranty insurance and repairs on his appliance. Company indicated they were affiliated with Center Point Energy. Asked for a credit card for payment. When given, it did not go through so gave bank account and rousting number. When I learned of this on 9/19/26 I suspected fraud and investigated with Center Point Energy and company Home Warranty Division. Dad called and cancelled policy on 9/21/26. Learned this was possible fraud and had to close bank account on 9/21/26. When policy arrived in mail on 9/30 it indicated this was to be a monthly charge of $295.00. As of 10/5/26 it appears that the money was refunded.

Shad practices of urgency and not truth telling and preying on elderly. Also learned from said credit card company that it was attempted 17 times to make it go through.
