The letter shows urgency. It says final notice and immediate response to this notice requested. it also says: this letter is to inform you about an important matter regarding the property address, secure by your current lender, which is department of Housing and urban division. We reserve the right to revote allocated waiver after seven days or receiving this notice. Please call immediately as this will be our final attempt to notify you 1-800-973-9029 house operation Monday through Friday eight A.M. to six Pigem central standard time. Saturday, 10 AM to two Pigem central standard time. Then shows a waiver to the address for $199. Then states not all consumers have previous coverage. With department of Housing in urban development. This is not a check.

Claimed to be my current lender which is department of housing and urban dev.. finee as l attempt to notify you. Looks like a check for $199 but it’s not I did not call the # listed as it came up as a scam when searched

They sent me an allotted waiver with my full name and exact address expecting me to sign it and call the 800 number. It had my banks information inside trying to look real. I signed nothing and talked to no one.

Received letter in the mail with our mortgage company listed saying final notice with a check for an allocated waiver. No email or website listed and at the very bottom says not affiliated with ROCKET MORTGAGE LLC but does not identify the company.
