Scammer sent notice and check through USPS to my wife, stating Final Notification and to call said number and that it was regarding our property (that we just purchased) secured by our current Lender First Lending Solutions; Reference Record ID: USH0866247. Stated Final Attempt and they reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days.

I received what looks like a paycheck with my lender's name listed on the outside. I opened it and it says 'FINAL NOTICE' along with 'We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice'. Then they have a fake check at the bottom written out to me for $199.00. I'm asked to call an 800 number to verify my personal information. A quick search of the phone number reveals this is a scam. As a new homeowner, receiving documentation in the mail with my lender's name and exact loan amount is very confusing. It's difficult to tell what is legitimate versus fake

A letter was sent to my elderly mother saying it was a FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY. There is no business name noted, just the words "Private Lender Information." At the bottom of the letter it looks like a check for $199, then underneath it says *This is nor a check*

This has to be a scam because what reputable company would leave their name off of an URGENT letter??

The letter shows urgency. It says final notice and immediate response to this notice requested. it also says: this letter is to inform you about an important matter regarding the property address, secure by your current lender, which is department of Housing and urban division. We reserve the right to revote allocated waiver after seven days or receiving this notice. Please call immediately as this will be our final attempt to notify you 1-800-973-9029 house operation Monday through Friday eight A.M. to six Pigem central standard time. Saturday, 10 AM to two Pigem central standard time. Then shows a waiver to the address for $199. Then states not all consumers have previous coverage. With department of Housing in urban development. This is not a check.

Received letter in the mail with our mortgage company listed saying final notice with a check for an allocated waiver. No email or website listed and at the very bottom says not affiliated with ROCKET MORTGAGE LLC but does not identify the company.
