Report

I received a call regarding lapse in life insurance coverage. Stating she received my information to help prevent a lapse in coverage. She was confirming my information asking height and weight, non-tobacco user, confirming address and SSN. When I stated I didn't feel comfortable sharing that over the phone she sent a text to "verify" the Agent: London Gibson, ID #2634024. My name, your Benefits coordinator has emailed you application instructions. I did not receive an email. But unfortunately shared my SSN. Then she was confirming beneficiary information and needed an account number to make sure the funds would be sent to the correct account. I foolishly gave yet this information as well. Then I was transferred to another individual who was "compliance" or something like that. She was confirming the info I already gave and then requested the code that was sent to my phone. At that point I hung up and went straight to my bank.
