Received a call from an "Eddie" with QuickBooks saying that the credit card used for our auto renewal was declined and needed to be updated, that if it was not taken care of, I would loose access to my QuickBooks account. I told him I would log in to my account and take care of the matter, I asked if he could tell me the card number that was declined, he said he didn't have that info but could connect me to his manager who would have details. Gave me a call back number 877-230-3159 in case I needed help.
