Purchased items from their webiste which was disguised to look like a Gerbers childrens clothing website in Nov 2024. Never reveived merchandise so I contacted their customer support via email. They said they would resend. Never received that and the parcel tracking info and website they sent me was also a scam. I suspected fraud so I contacted my bank and had the charge reversed. I have since continued to contact them via all of their fake email addresses. [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. Found this to be the email address their domain is registered to [email protected].

Scam

Purchased $43.89 from Modacloak which was supposed to be a store advertised on TikTok. I’ve ordered numerous times off of TikTok and received my orders with no problems. I had been emailing this Modacloack and their “customer service team” was replying and also sent an order/tracking number. The second time I reached out asking about my order I suddenly received an error on my email saying there was no such email address.

Natural Life Fraud

A Facebook ad for Natural Life had a Black Friday sale and I made a purchase of several items only to find out that it was NOT the actual Natural Life company based in the US and was sent bogus tracking from China. I reached out to the scammer and demanded restitution for the theft and they say just be patient your items are on the way. I reached out to the REAL company and they sent me correspondence verifying they were genuine and the scam company was fraudulent so I sent that correspondence to the scammer and told them I would find a way to make this right no matter what it takes.
